Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. International shipping times may vary based on the destination and your shipping is FREE.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website.
On very light or small items no tracking will be added unless priority shipping is chosen.
Are there any shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on ALL Orders above 50
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges FAQ
What is your return policy?
Crazy Gels accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used or unused products : gels, oils, shampoos, conditioners, nail polishes, personal care or hygiene products unless they are damaged or defective and in original wrappings.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
